Vintage: Yes (1965 according to research, but maker's mark is not pristine so this is hard to determine.)
Measurements: Approx. 5" long, 2.5" tall and 2.5" wide.
Condition: Extremely well preserved condition for its age. No defects or damages to note.
Extra Notes: Positioned on his back to show his big feet and belly, how could you say "no" to this adorable dachshund puppy? This fine porcelain figurine was made in Denmark for Royal Copehagen by sculptor Olaf Mathiesen and signed by artist "UT". Backstamp shows 3 blue waves with no scratch-out, indicating this is a first-class piece. Some of the backstamp did not fully adhere under the glaze, but from what I can tell, it may indicate a 1965 production based off the small smudge under the "E". It is also marked with "#1408" and artist's initials, "UT".
