Gorgeous and RARE Whitehall Riviera Blue by Colony.
These were manufactured in 1964 and discontinued by the manufacturer. The plates are in excellent condition, as well as the cups. There is no glass breakage, clean and lustrous. There are indentations meant for placing/holding cups on each plate. The rim of each plate is raised. They are hard to locate especially as a set, making them rare.
Cube or cubist type pattern. I've seen it also called blue onion.
Plates are 8 1/4” in diameter, cups 3 1/4”, and 3.” tall
Often mistaken for Indiana Glass or Fostoria.
Teal blue cobalt snack plate servicing dishes. Coffee, tea, punch, handled mugs with matching plates.
