This set is from the post office and are Celebrate the Century stamps, they came out with ten different decades from 1900-1990. This is a set of 9 1900-1980, only missing the 1990's. This set has never been opened and are still in the original packaging and have never been opened. Each decade of 15 stamps has a title for the different photos on each stamp.
