First edition (print number now stated) oversized trade paperback copy of Meeks Bay Memories by Carol Van Etten (Silver Syndicate Press, 1994). Flat signed by author on title page. American history book telling the rich history of Meeks Bay, which lies in El Dorado County, California as a part of the beloved Lake Tahoe. Richly illustrated and with photographs. Moderate wear to covers including rubbing/scuffing to faces and shelf wear around the edges. Corners bumped and with some creasing, chipping and small tears around the edges. Spine remains straight though binding has grown fragile, with last page separated from binding and a few other instances of split binding. Top fore corner of most pages slightly tanned. Text block a bit wavy towards outer edges, likely due to a bit of humidity exposure. Previous owner’s inscription on title page. See photos for condition.
