Statue of Liberty MMA Plate, New York Harbor Very Unusual, Vintage, and Lovely

This unusual plate of the famous Statue of Liberty in New York harbor is both beautiful and colorful!
It depicts our beloved Lady Liberty in the harbor with tall ships and steamers passing by. Overhead is a bridge with New York skyline buildings as they would have been perhaps in the 1920s. People are walking around the statue's unique 8-sided base and ascending steps to tour inside the pavilion.
The illustration is done on the plain ecru/cream color of the plate in green, aqua, red, pale yellow and black with a pale gray square border.
In the left upper corner is the flag of France, who sent Lady Liberty to us as a gift to America. In the upper right corner is the United States flag when it had 13 stars. The 8-sided base of the monument is repeated around the illustration -- such a lovely design!
The plate measures just under 7-3/4 " x 7-3/4" and stands about 7/8ths-of-an-inch high off the table. The rim of the plate is depicted as a red brick pattern about 3/16" wide. Inside that are
