This stunning piece is Brand New!
I won this piece in a silent auction for the St. Louis Children's Hospital - however, I am a KC Royals fan ... I can't display this beautiful piece or I'll be a traitor!
Despite my love for the Royals, I can readily admit that Ozzie is one of the best players to ever hit the field and this piece pays tribute to that legacy.
This piece has a commemorative replica of the September 28, 1987 Sports Illustrated cover in which Ozzie is mid play and is titled "The Wiz" and "Mr. Shortstop".
The piece also has a plate showing Ozzie's 1982 World Champion and 2002 Hall of Fame Inductee statuses.
A great piece for any Ozzie Smith or St Louis Cardinals fan!
