This beautiful vintage, nearly antique set I have had for a very long time..
Curiously I have tried to figure this one out. Disclaimer is this:
I know the Japanese company Takashima sell Mikimoto, the earrings are definitely MIKIMOTO (one back has their stamp) and weirdly they are definitely a matching set from the 1930-40 era. However, the Takashima brooch is not stamped Mikimoto. Selling as is..they are incredibly beautiful. I have seen the Mikimoto earrings like this selling for $300 alone The MIKIMOTO box came with the set when I purchased it.
Please look at all photos for the sake of the description. The akoya pearls range in color from cream to a pink hue. size is 4mm
All three pieces are hand etched.
