The Angel Shoppe Pen | Hello KITTY!
Apparently it’s normal or “supposed to” have white dots here and there on this pen. Also....this pen is a little wonky when it opens and closes. The barrel point slightly separates from the pen when the pen is in closed position. If I recall this just needs the ink pulled out and put back in to line it up. I'll try it!
