This is the VHS of the 1987/1988 animated Phantom of the Opera adaptation. This version was a surprisingly faithful adaptation of the book and definitely worth
watching despite the somewhat rough animation. The tape is in excellent condition and the cover is in very good condition aside from a small scratch on the left front side. I have watched the tape through multiple times and it worked flawlessly then, but that was several years ago and I no longer have a VCR to confirm it now. It's been stored on a shelf with my other Phantom media and well taken care of, so I don't see why it wouldn't still work.
