IN NEED OF RESTORATION.
Lighter does not work. Needs someone to install a wick & flint.
Part of the yellow & blue enamel paint has chipped off.
Not sure of lighters age.
Haven't seen another one like it on the internet.
VERY RARE MILITARY COLLECTIBLE.
