First edition, first printing hardcover copy of The Story of My Struggle by Tajammal Hussain Malik (Jang Publishers, 1991). Very rare true first edition, limited to 1000 copies. Memoir of the retired Major General of the Pakistani Army, who began his service under British rule, and later under the free state of Pakistan. He was commanding officer during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971. With illustrations, photographs and a few fold-out maps.
Moderate wear to jacket, mostly around the edges. Boards slightly bowed away from text block at fore edge and with corners bumped. Discoloration to boards and endpapers from binding glue. Weakening binding with split areas in binding and cocked spine. Some soiling to text block, mostly limited to outer edges. See photos for condition. Packaged with care and shipped via USPS Media Mail
