are complimented by Illustrations, a preface, acknowledgements, a patron page, bibliography, index, and a glossary. The introduction page is written and signed by former First Lady Barbara Bush in 1985.
Please see photos. I labeled this book ACCEPTABLE due to the condition of the front cover that is slightly torn away from the spiral binding (see arrow photo) and minimal damage to the back cover. The interior pages are CLEAN and UNMARKED.
A Google search of the title yielded ONE result on Amazon and that was sold out.
