This item is a Collector's vintage TK TOYS NOMURA Tin Toy Wind Up Patriotic Newsboy, made in Japan around the 1940s or 1950s. It features a patriotic design with a red, white, and blue outfit, and holds a newspaper labeled "EXTRA".
