New, TOOL Opiate vinyl re-press misprint copy. Opened only for the autographs. Never played.
This copy of TOOL's Opiate is the Volcano reissue which uses a sleeve that contains the ZOO logo as well at the old cat # (72445-11027-1) while the vinyl labels have the Volcano logo and updated cat (which does not match the sleeve).
It's quite possible that this copy is one of the pressings that play Undertow instead of Opiate. It's never been played, so I don't know.
The Parental Advisory logo is also part ofthe front design and not an added sticker. This is also an error.
