True vintage 1930's 30's toddler little baby girls light blue dress! See measurements as I'm not sure on sizes. Short puff sleeves with white ruffles and lace trim. White peterpan collar also with ruffle detailing. Collar has yellow ribbon and cute hand embroidered yellow colorful floral flowers. Front button closure with little crochet buttons. Some small marks around and is missing one of the crochet buttons so it'll need a replacement. Looks like there's some stiching holes like it had been hemmed before. See photos. I was finding baby books dating 1931 in these boxes. Happy to answer any questions ♡♡
