Set of Two Vintage Rubel Ceramic Snack Sets - Yellow and Brown Drip Glaze Cup and Plate Set - 1950s -1960s
A vintage set of 2 Midcentury ceramic snack plates with matching soup cup. With a a great color combination of yellow and brown, this is a set of two sectioned snack plates in a buttery yellowware.color with brown dripware exterior soup mugs with corresponding yellowware interiors and large loop handles. The cups fit neatly on in their own section of the plate. The bases of both the cups and plates are marked with the Rubel name.
Each Plate measures 9" by 10" and the mugs measure 5 1/2" edge to handle edge with a 4" opening circumference and 2 1/4" high. Both plates and both cups are in overall very good vintage condition with no chips or cracks noted. The yellows and browns are vivid and bright, showing no signs of fade.
These are a very unique and distinctive set of mid century ceramics that would brighten any vintage kitchenware collection.
