The pen will come with a nib attached AND an extra nib (pictured). Both nibs have been used to dip test ink, and I only filled the pen once with Sailor Manyo Ukikusa (have since cleaned the pen). Only used it inked for about 2 weeks - never actually got around to using the pen on a regular basis. So the condition is almost as good as new.

Pen alone retails at ~$54 (JetPens)
Extra nib retails at ~$21 (JetPens)
