I use vacuum sealers A LOT - this sealer looks good but the control panel is NO good. From the first time I used it, the "manual" button would take anywhere from 3 to 15 times of pushing the button before it would work. The "auto vacuum" button would work MOST of the time but occasionally that button would NOT work either. So I requested an exchange because that machine was not working correctly, then the 2nd machine (exact same model) did the very same thing. In short, it must be a problem with that particular model - very bad control panel. Now I am trying to get a full refund.
