Our SoloFrutta organic fruit spreads are completely natural and packed full of delicious taste. The secret lies in just 3 simple ingredients: a dash of grape juice, a few drops of lemon juice, and oodles of gloriously ripe fruit, in fact, 4 oz for every 3.5 oz of organic fruit spread. With its perfect balance of texture, that means we need to use much more fruit than the standard recipe to create the perfect consistency. To ensure we preserve all the delicious goodness of the original taste, we slow cook our fruit at low temperatures and do not use pectin, a thickening agent used in almost all jams and organic fruit spread.
