These were made just for employees of Discraft at their company Christmas party in December 2001. They were extremely limited edition, I have only ever seen a couple of these available for sale through the years, there is currently only one available online that I could find, it's on ebay listed for $175.00
This disc is VERY "fingerprinty", and as is common with this vintage of a disc, the stamp has drop outs and it is not very stable. I have kept it stored in a ziplock bag, pinned to the wall. There is either some yellowing, or possibly this particular one was made more yellow than clear.
It has not been thrown that I an aware of. No ink. I would rate it 9/10 missing a point due to the couple of minor stamp drop outs.

No inner rim tooling, rear plate tooled with MAGNET Discraft Walled Lake, and the patent #.
