Vintage 10k Gold Woman's Profile Hand Carved Shell Cameo Brooch / Pendant
This is a lovely, deeply carved, shell cameo of a woman's profile in a soft cream color with a light brown background set high in a 10k solid yellow gold frame with twisted wire effect on the outer edge. The side of the brooch is marked with “SPGG 10k”
The image and quality of the carving are beautiful and the oval pin / pendant for necklace (combination piece) is very eye-catching. It is 1.2” (30mm) high and 0.95” (24mm) wide and weighs 4.84 grams. It has a bail at the top that allows it to be also worn as a pendant.
In good pre-owned condition.
