This beautiful creamer and lidded sugar bowl is made by Franciscan in the USA.
It was manufactured from 1977-1984.
The pattern is Meadow Rose, a yellow flower with a red center and green leaves. They are hand-painted and beautifully done.
The handles look like twisted vines and are painted green. The lid on the sugar bowl has a yellow flower which is the handle to pick lid up. There are no cracks or chips, except for on the yellow flower on the lid. There is a chip on one of the petals. I really don't think they were used at all, only displayed. Such Excellent pre-owned condition. The creamer stands 4 1/4" tall by 4 1/2" acroos spout to end of handle. The sugar bowl measures 4 1/2" tall with lid by 5 1/2" across handles from end to end.
