Vintage early 70s knit fabric ( probably acetate or an acetate/nylon/poly blend) with a silky feel and minimal stretch, three repeats of a border print of a stylish black woman on a sailboat and a whole bunch of birds. It's fabulous.

In excellent condition, no issues or problems.
