Vintage bakelite beaded choker necklace. Acquired from a private estate collection, this retro necklace features genuine bakelite in a marbled egg yolk / butterscotch yellow / orange color that is very rare and highly collectible. Brass hook clasp with extender chain for adjustable length of 13.25” to 15” maximum, since it is to be worn short as a choker. Mid-century circa 1940s to early 1950s. Bakelite tested with Simichrome for authenticity. Great pre-owned condition with some patina and wear to metal clasp elements as pictured.
