This piece of Bischoff vintage blue glassware has never been used and still has the original manufacturers sticker on it. My grandmother displayed it in her China cabinet. According to the Bischoff catalog it appears to be a candy dish minus a cover. It could also be considered a large goblet or chalice. There appears to have something “floating” in the stem from the manufacturer. See photos
