Rare vintage 1980s Capucci Creations navy wool peacoat. Designed under Roberto Capucci’s licensed line, constructed in the USA under the Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America (union tag, Series GE).
Details:
•Heavy melton wool (strand burn test verified).
•Double-breasted closure with eagle crest metal buttons.
•Shoulder epaulets + flap pockets.
•Satin lining.
•Size 42 (fits like a men’s L or oversized M).
Condition: Excellent wool shell, clean and strong. Buttons show light patina. Both underarm linings have ~1.5" tears (common for vintage coats) — invisible when worn and easy to repair if desired.
