Vintage Hathaway Golf Design Crewneck Sweater. Hand intarsia knit and 100% cotton. The size large on the vintage Hathaway tag measures about 24" from pit to pit and about 25" from collar to waist. The navy blue crewneck sweater features a full front design featuring old time golf images, including golf clubs, golf umbrella, a bucket of golf balls, and a flag. The sweater has good weight and features a unique intarsia knit style, which involves using separate bobbins of yarn for each color to create distinct blocks or pictures, rather than carrying yarn across the back of the work. Great elasticity on the cuffs and waist. The sweater is in excellent condition with no significant rips, stains, or tears.
