This is a vintage early 90s locket type toy made by Tyco (I believe?) That once had a magic gel and seeds that could grow a real flower inside. This listing is only for the locket and it is a childhood piece that I have held onto so any damage it has is from back then and will be shown in photos. They are extremely hard to find and her color variant is exceptionally hard. She is very clean and you can still display or put a cord through the loops and wear her even without the accessories.
