Vintage Jiangxi Jingdezhen Famille Rose Mun Shou Chinese Porcelain Rice Bowl
Hand painted with the Bao Xiang Hua (Lotus scroll) pattern, medallions and ancient Chinese meander or "Greek fret" encircles the rim of the spoon and bowl. Made with high fired ceramics for lasting durability. The bowl is also adorned with the characters for innumerable, longevity, and the composite character limitless.
The iron red mark on the bottom 西江 鎮德景 造製, I believe translates to Xijiang Jingdezhen Manufacturing
The character on the spoon in the medallion reads 壽 (寿)Shou and signifies Everlasting Life.
Perfect for serving rice or showcasing as a decorative piece, it is a timeless reminder of traditional Chinese aesthetics and artistry.
