Vintage Lord Elgin men's automatic watch. Stainless steel case.
The watch has just been cleaned, oiled and adjusted; the time accuracy is very good. (Cleaning and oiling means that the movement parts of the watch have been completely disassembled, then cleaned and lubricated).
Year: 1950s
Movement: Swiss AS 1673 25Jewels.rotor placed out of center.
The winding gear is integrated in the movement, instead of attaching it to a manual-wind calibre as usual. This led to a sensationally thin movement at that time.
Case width: 33mm (excluding crown); width including crown is 35.5mm. Lug to lug distance is 39mm.
Watch thickness: 10mm.
Width between lugs is 17mm.
Maximum wrist circumference of 8.25 inches. (20.9cm).
Crystal: There are a few small scratches.
Case: There are signs of normal use, such as scratches or wear.
Dial: There are signs of aging.
The water resistance of the watch has not been tested, avoid contact with water.
