Really cute what I would call a vase or planter for lucky bamboo. Adorable frog, on top of leaf shapes with applied flower and little froggy on top. Bottom has three "feet" to keep pot off flat surface. See photos. Bottom has what looks to me like an "L". Google lens identified it as either a makers or inventory mark, of a number possibly 28. I do not know
Dimensions/approx:
5.5" from bottom of feet on pot to top of rose bud
4 1/8" wide at center
Condition: Vintage gently used, NOTE the rose bud at top has two of the 3 white petals/points broken off, see photos and close ups, also note I use a ring light and the reflections you see are from that reflection, please see photos and let me know if you need info
