Pyramid Box is not original. Unbroken, with aging, surface imperfections and lots of patina.
Some tops are marked, some not.
Not 100% sure they are original tops, but I do think they could be.
Hallmark / Maker:
At least one (dark blue, ornate gold top) seems to have Kurt Adler hallmark.
Others marked have silver tops marked, "Made in USA"
