Old Masters of the Universe Thunder-Punch He Man action figure by Mattel from 1985. Included are the figure, his shield and sword plus some of the old ring caps. I am unsure if the caps still work, one of them appears to be broken. There is some paint wear to the figure. He has loose legs and oxidation to the metal cap firing part in his backpack. Everything is original.
