Vintage Pan Am 60's Leather Travel Kit Brush With Nail Care Kit D.B.G.M. Made In West Germany Removable Brush
My father, Dr. Martin L. Charles, was the Assistant Medical Director and Chief Doctor at Cape Kennedy Space Center 1964-1967. At that point he was also directing the medical program for Pan American Guided Missile Range Division at the Cape including medical surveillance of the Space travelers at Cape Kennedy and all down range facilities and personal.
All our NASA, Pan American and Space Exploration items are from that timeline. All pieces in our collection are original.
On the top of the leather brush is the Pan Am gold logo.
The leather portion is 4 1/2" x 2". Embossed in the leather D.B.G.M. Directly above it on the silver tone metal B. G. M. Also embossed at the top is MADE IN WEST GERMANY.
The set is missing the nail file and tweezers.
The scissors are 2 1/2" long and are embossed with 314 USA and a small cross. They are a bit tarnished.
