This set is complete with figures and boat for boat ride. I do not have the original box or instructions. There is some corrosion in the battery compartment, but it works. The battery operated train goes around the track. When it makes a stop in front of the teacups, they spin around and when it stops in front of the building with the clock, the hand on the clock moves and the yellow bird spins around. Music begins to play when the train goes under the castle.
