It's not a growler...yet. Found it looking just like this after blowing away a little debris. It was sticking out the side of a steep incline and made visible due to a toppled big leaf maple tree. Location Lacey wa. I did not add water to the bottle for affect but I did open the cap to take a sniff. It doesn't smell bleachy anymore. That was what was in there when I found it though! No more no less. Pretty cool!
