NO rips, tears, stains, or holes
The only signs of where that I could see, is very slight rubbing to the paint on the buttons
Designed for women so listing as women but is really unisex could be worn as mens or womens
Vented under arm and breathable features

I could not locate the size but fits like a large or extra large measuring approximately 48 inches tall from top of shoulder to bottom and 26 inches across from pit to pit when buttoned
