In very good condition given its age. Signs of wear consistent with a played toy by a child. We did clean it lightly with diluted soap and cool water not to damage the plastic. There may still be be a little dirt/marks but we don't want to use any strong chemicals and risk damaging plastic. Selling AS-IS.
It is missing the key to the door and a flower container on the 2nd floor window but doesn't effect functionality of toy so still being listed in good condition. There are some visible marks on plastic as shown in pictures.
