Makers Mark TD-- can't make out what follows.
T probably refers to Taxco and the D would be the artist.
I see online that this piece is identical to that made by William Spratling. His makers mark was TS. Perhaps the D is an artist who was an apprentice to William Spratling or worked with him.
Regardless, it's a fantastic piece combining silver and wood.
