This is a unique studio pottery vase signed “Tad” on the base. Made of high-fired stoneware. The style suggests influence from Japanese wabi-sabi and American mid-century ceramics. The glaze application and brush decoration are characteristic of mid- to late-20th century American or Japanese-influenced studio potter.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition with minor wear on the base consistent with age and display use - no chips, cracks, or repairs.
