Vintage Imperial Glass Blaise Scrolled Thistle Green Uranium Salad Plate c. 1930
Plate has been displayed in a family curio.
This is a uranium glass plate made by Imperial Glass Co of Ohio around the 1930s. The pattern is known as Blaise or Scrolled Thistle. Appealing Apple Green that glows brilliantly under the UV light. See pictures for measurements flat end to flat end and corner to corners. The design is very much inspired by the Lacy Glass made at Boston and Sandwich Glass Company and others in the early to mid 1800s.
Some super light surface scratches; nothing deep or unpleasant.
There are very tiny chips on 5 out of the 8 points, barely noticeable. Pretty much noticed by feel.
