Classic matte white and ivory Vernon kilns Antigua oval platter and oval casserole Plate
Approximately 14.5" long by 11.5" wide serving platter.
Made in California. Introduced in the 1960s. Discontinued in the 1980s, this platter has no chips, cracks or repairs. There is crazing to the glaze which is visible when you look closely.
This simple neutral design with a soft velvety matte finish marries well with just about any color or style. The fruit border invokes fruitful bounty and sets of any dish beautifully.
