This was made in West Germany
With the insert so the candle itself never burns, designed to hold a standard sized candle
I can’t remove the candle from the base and I don’t want to ruin it
It features a cylindrical body with intricate , raised carvings of group, great vines, and bunches of grapes
Metal stand with curved legs, provide stability and elevating the piece

The top of the candle does have a couple of chips
