You get all 5 pieces. They are in good condition with a few flaws (see photos). I do not see any stains. Some light pilling to the comforter that has been shaved (see photos of the comforter) and it has about an inch tear/separation on the bottom scallop at the seam. The comforter is not puffy like the headboard piece. The other pieces are intact with little to no pilling. There may be some fading, but hard to tell as the overall look is a muted vintage color.
