VTG Clarice Cliff Royal Staffordshire Tonquin Mulberry 10 Piece Tea Set

This is a rare 10-piece set of Clarice Cliff Tonquin earthenwear and ironstone tea cups, saucers, creamer, sugar bowl, and lid. The set features a beautiful mulberry color and colonial style with a garden theme. The glossy finish adds to the collectible value of the set. It is perfect for tea parties and can be a great addition to any collection.
The set technically has 11 pieces if you include the lid for the sugar bowl. The lid, however, at one point was broken and repaired. Whoever repaired it did an excellent job. I didn't even notice it had been broken and glued back together until I was taking photos of the set. I did my best to take adequate photos of the flaws. One of the saucers also has a shallow crack on the bottom that cannot be seen from the top. The set includes: 2 teacups, 6 saucers, a sugar bowl with lid, and a cream server. This is a beautiful and sought after set, particularly in the mulberry/plum color, across the globe often fetching high prices at auction.
