Hello, you're looking at a vintage party tray made by Lane & Co. It has 3 main sections surrounding a center bowl which would make it perfect for chips and salsa/guacamole, a veggie tray, or for a fruit and cheese plate.
It measures about 12 x 12 inches and should be washed by hand.
Condition-wise, there is some general staining and wear, some crazing, and glaze bleed with some imperfections from the manufacturing process. There is also some damage to one edge that may be the start of a crack. (See photos for a better understanding of the condition.)
