Vintage Japanese porcelain vase with brocade painting of orchids two sides and a detailed wave pattern at mouth. Signed bottom. About 9.25” tall, 5.25” diameter widest point. By Living National Treasure the 13th Imaizumi Imaemon. (1926-2001) This is very characteristic of his Iro Nabeshima ware which incorporated a modern perspective to traditional techniques of blue and white porcelain and thin porcelain. No condition issues.
