Fabric Content: 100% Silk
Condition: Silk shell is in beautiful condition but inner lining of jacket is in fair/poor condition, see pics for wear.
Note: I have handled many historic garments and textiles and yet have never come across this fabric type before. It has a rough nubby/tweed like texture, yet consists of silk. This is one of the most unique Victorian era jackets I have ever come across, a truly rare find!
