Absolutely beautiful Holy Bible. It actually weighs around 8 pounds! It is 12 inches long and 9 1/2, and height 3.5 inches. It has Jesus Christ in the middle. The binding states the new American Bible. The Holy Name Edition. There is a small crack In the black on the binding. It is along the crease. I think it adds charm to the book and age. However someone that knows how to work with leather would possibly be able to fix this. If you would like any more pictures of it I can send them. When you open up the front cover. It is lined in red. There is a slight crack that follows the seam. Again I’m sure this is fixable. It is from the age of the book and being opened and closed. The cover and the binding are fully intact the cracks do not cause any difference. The Bible is lined with gold around the edge of the paper.
This is an incredible Bible, it’s in fabulous shape for its age. Would make it a wonderful collection piece, or decoration, or study guide.
